While Samsung continues its development of One UI 8, the company is still actively delivering One UI 7 updates to compatible devices. The latest to receive this upgrade is the entry-level Galaxy A14 LTE.
One UI 7 update is available for Galaxy A14 LTE
The update for the Galaxy A14 LTE (model SM-A145F) carries the build number A145FXXU9DYG5 and includes the May 2025 security patch. The package size is approximately 2.9 GB. Currently, this update is being distributed across regions in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, with plans to expand availability to additional markets soon.
Once One UI 7 becomes available in your country, users will receive an automatic notification prompting the update. If no alert appears, the update can be manually checked by navigating to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. If it still doesn’t show up, it’s possible the rollout hasn’t reached your region yet, so patience is advised.
